What Is a Giclée Print?
A giclée print is a high-quality fine art reproduction created using specialized inkjet printing technology. The term “giclée” comes from the French word meaning “to spray,” which accurately describes how the printer applies ink to the surface.
Unlike standard inkjet prints, giclée prints utilize a sophisticated 12-color printing system that captures nuanced colors and tonal variations with remarkable precision. This results in prints with exceptional color accuracy and detail that closely resemble the original artwork.
What should I do if the item received is damaged?
If an order gets damaged in transit, then we’ll reprint and replace your order free of charge.
Can I cancel my order?
If you contact us immediately, we’ll do our best to stop it before going into production and provide you with a full refund. But we can't make any guarantees.
How do I return my merchandise?
Just contact us and return the item within 15 days of receiving your order and we’ll process this for you. Items must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Due to being a small independent business, customers are responsible for return shipping charges for unwanted items.
We will reimburse you no later than 15 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Where do you ship?
We are currently set up to ship within the USA. If you are interested in our posters and are located outside of the USA, please contact us and we can work out the shipping cost for you.
